Specifically, MP Investments offers:

- Management of the process of buying and selling
- Operator selection and negotiation for management contracts
- Project development
MP Investments’ services are targeted at all figures in the Hospitality sector, private and public investors, holdings and both closed and retail investment funds.

Pierpaolo Moi
Director
Pierpaolo has more than 20 years’ experience in the fields of real estate and financial consultancy. He has handled numerous operations for the sale and purchase of residential, commercial and hotel real estate.
He has founded two construction companies, which he has directed for 12 years, building various properties.

- Founder and director since 2002 of the company Sette Costruzione S.r.l.
- Founder and director since 2006 of the company Quinta Emme Costruzioni S.r.l

Simone Pirastru
Director Business Development
Extensive training and experience in real estate and business. Extensive experience in commerce and company administration.
Currently collaborates with MP Investments to further promote business development and create the highest possible levels of value for each operation.

Adelina Licheri
Financial consultant
Graduate in Economics and Commerce from the University of Cagliari. An expert in economics and legal matters, she mainly handles legal and financial aspects in the studio of which she is co-owner. An expert in funding and financial support for newly-founded or active companies.

- Majority shareholder of businesses since 1994
- Collaborator in a Professional accounting firm in Iglesias since 1999
- Apprentice in a Professional accounting firm in Cagliari since 2004
- Collaborator in a Commercial consultancy firm in Assemini since 2007
- Founder in 2012 of the Cordeddu-Licheri Professional accounting firm
Marina Cordeddu
Financial consultant
Graduate in Economics and Commerce from the University of Cagliari. An expert in financial and commercial matters, she is particularly versed in the management of all the accounting and financial aspects of all forms of business; over the years she has taken part in and contributed to merger, demerger and underwriting operations.
